Rocky Mountain Poison & Drug Center

Public health protected. Compliance simplified.

Throughout our 50-plus year history, Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center has provided regulatory compliant processes through our contact centers and research/consulting group.

Our contact centers provide services related to public health information, poison control, medical information, adverse event, product quality and nurse triage and are completely devoted to maintaining both compliance with federal regulatory agencies and the standards of public health.

The research group conducts vanguard research on the prevention and treatment of toxicity, injury and disease.  If you have a pharmaceutical, consumer product or health-related service, we can help uphold standards or gather data.

Your product compliance doesn’t have to be complicated.

We specialize in making it simple for pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer products and medical device agencies to maintain the rigorous standards of federal regulatory agencies, including the FDA and EPA. That means you don’t have to worry.

A long history. An even longer track record of success.

RMPDC is part of a 150-year old public health system with an incredible reputation.  Our leadership understands the need for a compliant program providing exemplary customer service. Our systems, processes and results are world-class.

Whether it’s the compliance of your pharmaceutical product, household product or providing statewide poison information, RMPDC is your partner. Public health and a clean track record is your first priority. Working with us should be your second.

  • RMPDC requested to submit proposal for AHRQ – the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality (AHRQ) issued a Request for Task Order on May 24, 2010 that specified Denver Health as the sole source for the planned research, which expands upon previous RMPDC research conducted by Dr. Greg Bogdan Research Director. The project is entitled “A Model for Enhancing Throughput at division of the Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) Points of Dispensing (POD) Sites via use of Tele-Health Technolgies” and will examine how call centers can be utilized to assist public health agencies during public health emergencies like an anthrax release. The sole source designation indicates that AHRQ is confident of Denver Health’s RMPDC ability to develop such a model and its continued leadership in call center research.
