Section 6(a)(2) of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requires registrants to report information indicating an adverse effect of an EPA pesticide. During each product stewardship consultation, RMPC collects important information on products' safety profiles. The RMPC's data collection system can automatically format this information to meet the EPA's FIFRA reporting requirements. RMPC can generate customized reports providing clients with value added information on their products' safety profiles.

Section 8(c) of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) states that anyone who imports, manufactures, processes, or distributes a chemical in commerce must report information about allegations of  “significant adverse effects”.  Such reports must be sent to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA).  The RMPDC collects required information on products' safety profiles. The data collection system can automatically format this information to meet the EPA's TSCA reporting requirements. The RMPDC can also generate customized reports to provide clients with value added information on their products' safety profiles.

The Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that employers provide access to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to employees using hazardous substances. The RMPC offers MSDS Fulfillment services 24 hours per day. The RMPC maintains an on-line database that houses clients' MSDSs and product labels so usage and treatment information can be accessed immediately if needed.
