Adverse Events

Turning adverse events into favorable data.

RMPDC specializes in collecting adverse event data and reporting it to you. Our call center agents are registered pharmacists, doctors of pharmacy and registered nurses, and through rigorous training procedures, we ensure these agents know how to identify and collect appropriate information while on a call.

Your SOPs are our SOPs.

All handling of adverse event data is conducted relevant to our clients’ Standard Operating Procedures. That means whatever you need, we will provide. And as always, you can be sure compliance is our first priority.

We know qualified data.

RMPDC has a strong understanding of the Code of Federal Regulations and bring this into each client’s SOPs. Our performance has been repeatedly demonstrated in client audits and successful FDA inspections. In fact, all data recorded will be certified by our Quality Assurance department and double-checked by an additional healthcare professional.

Tracking. Trending. Improving.

We also track and trend the overall performance of our adverse event reporting process to constantly adjust and maintain your standards of quality. If you need something additional, we accommodate.
