We’re a very qualified first line of defense in medical emergencies.

Not only is RMPDC a world-leader in toxicology and emergency poison exposure management, but we also offer 24-hour triage and medical management via the phone.

Urgency is only one of our specialties.

Our nurseline is staffed and supported by Registered Nurses trained in telenursing. They know how to handle emergencies, but they also have experience in accurate data management and reporting. The Nurseline Quality Assurance Program monitors calls to assure accuracy of data collection, documentation and clinical recommendations.

Here are just some of the services we provide:

  • Government programs including Medicaid.
  • After-hours support to hospitals and medical clinics.
  • Triage support during major conventions and community events such as the Democratic National Convention.
  • Workers’ compensation programs to provide first line nursing triage support for injuries.
