RMPDC’s Public Health Emergency Service hotlines provide consistent, accurate and up-to-date information to states’ public and providers and serves as a consistent arena for gathering statewide data on public health issues.  When there’s an emergency, we’re there to help with information, call management and public health answers.

Our hotlines have managed several seasons of West Nile Virus and influenza/pneumonia events, salmonella and Hepatitis A & C outbreaks, Vog (air quality for Hawaii) and now H1N1.  State agencies trust us for our:
